We are wildlife photographers. Apart from our friendship, we share a common passion for nature and photography. We photograph wild nature and the creatures that live in it, and always seek powerful images depicting their beauty. We have roamed Greek nature for many years, so we have now a unique experience on the wildlife and wild places of this country. We got started by pure enthusiasm for what we do and fortunately, the enthusiasm gets higher as the years go by. We want to share the hard work that we’ve done so far, and to help people see the natural beauty that surrounds us. In our opinion this is the only way for people to change attitudes towards nature and the only hope to preserve our most priceless gift: the natural world in which we live. After fifteen years of photographing independently in Greek nature, we decided to join our work, making a very large archive of photos. This is the first photo-library specializing in Greek nature. We have thousand of images covering lots of subjects and we continually add more. Rare birds, endemic reptiles and flowers, in our lists you can find subjects that will surprise you. Our lists will be updated regularly and our subjects will be adding up. And if you need something that we don’t have, it is possible that we can find and photograph it for you. Our photos are of the finest quality. The latest photographic and electronic equipment that we use and our obsession with perfection result in great nature photos.
Brief CVs Andrea Bonetti was born in Lugano (Switzerland) in 1968. He graduated in Biological Sciences at Pavia (Italy) in 1995 and immediately after his studies he moved to Greece to do research on the avifauna and herpetofauna of the Gialova Lagoon of Pylos, Peloponnese. Soon afterwards he became site coordinator of a LIFE project led by the Hellenic Ornithological Society aiming at the conservation and management of the Gialova Lagoon. Andrea started wildlife photography in 1993 and during his research on birdlife was able to deeply describe the life of the wetland through photographs. From these times the book 'A Day at the Lagoon' was born in 1999.
Philippos Katsiyiannis was born in Patras (Greece) in 1969 and was fascinated by the natural world from an early age. Back in 80’s he joined the Hellenic Ornithological Society offering voluntary and photographic work. His photographs have been published in the largest Greek magazines with relevant subjects. In 1999 ‘Enghromon’ Editions published the book 'Strophylia' (in collaboration with Lambros Logothetis) which is a glorious presentation of this Ramsar area near Patras. In 2000 he moved for one year to the Evros area (northeastern Greece) to finish his ten-years-long photographic work on Dadia forest, which appeared in the book 'Dadia Forest-landscape and wildlife' (2001, Enghromon Editions). He works as a high school teacher.
